Recruiting Coordinator/Manager
Summary:
The Recruiting Coordinator/Manager reports directly to the Administrator and is responsible for guiding and coordinating all recruiting-related activities of the SYNERGY HomeCare business. This position includes leadership and management in areas of the business including recruiting processes, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
This position entails establishing a positive office culture where caregivers want to work and promoting the office culture and benefits to prospective employees. The Recruiting Coordinator/Manager will be responsible for bringing in new caregivers to the business on a consistent and daily basis. Additionally, the Recruiting Coordinator/Manager will be responsible for collaborating with the Franchisee and Administrator to enhance employee satisfaction and morale as well as overall revenue growth.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, and making hiring decisions (preferred)
Possess at least two years experience in healthcare or home care, working with the elderly, disabled, or individuals requiring supportive services
Experience working for a staffing agency or in a high-volume staffing environment preferred
Proficiency in computer skills (Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
Knowledge of scheduling software (AxisCare or similar) or CRM preferred
Knowledge of Relias or training platforms preferred
Must possess leadership skills, human relations abilities, customer satisfaction skills, and organizational skills
Well-honed time management skills
Exemplary communication skills, both verbal and written

Job postings
Phone screens
Interviews
Weekly reporting of accountabilities
Processes employee applications, assists in other employment activities, screening, interviewing, reference checking, and new employee orientation according to established guidelines
Initiates the hiring process including processing applications, background screening, interviewing, and reference verification. Makes hiring recommendations to the owner or DM/ or directly hires
May participate in on-call rotation, answering after-hours calls
