Mainly at Johns Creek location/Decatur location about two times per month – 30 Hours per week, which is considered Full time – Benefits and Insurance Included – PTO – Generous Holiday Schedule – Incredible Team Environment


Hours:

Monday, Johns Creek clinic, 9:15 – 5:15

Tuesday, Johns Creek clinic, currently 11:00 – 7:00 (starting 1/2/25, 10:00 – 6:00)

Wednesday, Johns Creek clinic, 9:15 – 5:15

Thursday, Johns Creek clinic, 3/4-hour shift, between 9:00 – 3:00 – the employee may select the hours.

Remote, approximately 3 hours per week, which includes helping with text messages from patients 1-2 hours, approximately Friday – Sunday.


Additional Details:

  • A college degree is not required but preferred.
  • Hourly, non-exempt pay range: $24.00 – $25.00/hour, based on experience.
  • All candidates are required to participate in two interviews. One interview will be at the Johns Creek clinic and the other interview will be at the Decatur clinic.
  • Arrive prior to opening to ensure the clinic is ready to go for the first patient to arrive.
  • Bilingual – Spanish is preferred but not required.
  • Strong administrative and phone skills required.
  • Confident voice and easy to understand over the phone.
  • Up-to-date computer skills are required.
  • This individual must cultivate a warm and welcoming environment as the first point of contact for our patients entering the clinic and while following our phone script and confidently scheduling appointments over the phone.
  • EMR (electronic medical records) system will be used.
  • Providing order and consistency to the front desk and clinic environments is a must.
  • Assist patient advocates when needed.
  • This role leads the Operations team and reports directly to the CEO.
  • Participate in monthly staff meetings.
  • Organize quarterly team building activities.
  • Weekly check front desk supplies to ensure what is needed is on hand.
  • Send certified mail when necessary.
  • Scan patient IDs and maintain their medical records.
  • Follow HIPAA guidelines.
  • Annual training required.
  • Assist with new building details and facility needs for both clinics.
  • Provide exit survey reports for board and staff meetings.
  • Provide quarterly CL reports.
  • Coordinate details for quarterly Director’s meetings.
  • Annual staff meeting and holiday schedules – determined and approved by the CEO in November and posted accordingly.
