Position Overview

The purpose of this role is to work directly with the Client Services Manager and be responsible assigned tasks delegated by the Client Services Manager. This role will work to coordinate order requests, receiving requests, client requests, and much more. Your role will be to ensure every detail of the daily duties with Client Services are coordinated between Harp360 and multiple clients. This is a critical role, dedicated to ensure a smooth running process for our all operations. This is a proactive and responsive position, where tasks and routines will transition quickly and strong versatility is a must. 


Responsibilities

-    Answering phone calls.

-    Answering client questions about orders and products.

-    Quickly managing and responding to order adjustments, interceptions, and cancellations.

-    Data entry for expected arrivals, SKU's, product maintenance, and special requests.

-    Tracking incoming project and kitting components.

-    Managing photo requests for new projects, kits, and inventoried products.

-    Communicating internally and externally on all daily job assignments and ongoing projects.

-    Provide support during peak seasons to Client Services Manager, COO, and CEO.


Requirements

-    High school diploma or equivalency

-    Highly organized and able to multitask

-    Self-driven and proactive nature

-    Familiarity with email, internet, and computers

-    Excellent written and oral communication skills required

-    Passion for exceptional customer service

-    Proficient typing skills


Metrics (Expected Results)

-    Maintain an organized email, with no delays in assigned requests.

-    Completed tasks, assignments, and data entry with a high level of efficiency, accuracy, and confidentiality.

-    Ensure all of the client email inquiries are responded to by the end of the day each day and checked multiple times throughout the day.

-    Consistent and reliable daily attendance and minimum 2 week advance notice to manager on requested time off.
