About

Foster Care Support Foundation provides free clothing, toys, infant equipment, school supplies, and other basic care items to infants through teens in all Georgia counties who are placed in foster care or placed with a grandparent/other relative to keep them out of foster care. Foster Care Support collects donations of new and gently used items (clothing in all sizes, toys, books, games, infant items, etc.) at the donation/distribution center located at 115 Mansell Place Roswell, GA 30076. Volunteers are needed throughout the year to help process and distribute items. For information about scheduling volunteer opportunities for an individual or group, call 770-375-0865 or email vol@fostercares.org. Foster/relative care families in the metro-Atlanta area can schedule an appointment to shop for free items at the distribution center by completing an appointment request form (link to form can be found at www.fostercares.org). Foster/relative care families who live more than a one hour drive away from the distribution center may come in person or request a mail order (link to form can be found at www.fostercares.org). Foster Care Support Foundation is community supported and does not receive any government funding. Companies, faith-based groups, civic groups, community foundations, individuals, and families donate time, funding, and goods to help over 4,000 displaced children per year receive the basic care items they need. For information about becoming a sponsor or to schedule a tour, call 770-641-9591 or email info@fostercares.org.
