About this Event

The Haven Retreat Interest Meeting (Healthcare Professionals and Community Leaders) 

The Younique Foundation team is sensitive to the world’s present challenges, yet keenly aware of the importance and relevance of the work we do. As such, we are hosting this online virtual panel and community discussion to assure you that we remain committed to supporting survivors as they start or continue their healing journey. 

Our retreat is currently open and eager to provide survivors with the tools, support, and education they can utilize on said journey. Survivors can find a sense of safety, community, and strength at The Haven Retreat, and in these uncertain and unsettling times, the goal of this event is to address questions you may have as a community leader and/or healthcare professional. Members of our retreat staff will be available to provide a detailed overview of the process and address any questions you may have regarding The Haven Retreat experience.

About Younique Foundation & Defend Innocence 

The Younique Foundation was founded to inspire hope in women who were sexually abused as children or adolescents by providing healing services through retreats, support groups, and online resources. Through our prevention arm, Defend Innocence, our mission is to educate and empower parents and caregivers to protect children from sexual abuse through community and online resources. We advocate for open discussions about sexual abuse through community dialogue and social awareness.
