Alpharetta Public Safety Foundation - Virtual K-9 5K Race

Description

Join in the excitement of the Alpharetta Public Safety Foundation’s Virtual K-9, 5K! Show your support for those men, women and K-9s who enhance the quality of life for those of us that live, work and play in the City of Alpharetta. Run one of Alpharetta’s five Certified 5K routes or run your own 5K route anywhere you choose. Each of the certified routes are paired with one of our amazing Alpharetta K-9s. There will be opportunities for participants to meet their favorite K-9’s along their routes (dates to be announced). For dogs that love putting paws to pavement, the Alpharetta Public Safety Foundation’s K-9, 5K is one of the most iconic, exciting & fun races in Atlanta. Participants have from December 1, 2020 to February 28, 2021 to post their best time. A live awards ceremony will be held on Saturday, March 20, 2021 at the Alpharetta K-9 memorial. All participants will receive a 2020 Alpharetta Public Safety Foundation K-9, 5K T-Shirt.
