Sales Development Representative – Part-time in Norcross

Part-time, experienced Sales Development Professional wanted to generate leads and secure qualified appointments for a Commercial Cleaning Services company. This is an expanding franchise of a nationally recognized brand with a 28-year history of success.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for proactive outbound prospecting, inbound lead development, and lead management. This position will have a direct impact on the company’s success by developing qualified prospects into the sales cycle. As a member of the Sales Team, you will partner with outside sales representatives to create new selling opportunities in our key targeted accounts.


  • Research and prioritize target companies using purchased database
  • Engage (outbound calls/emails) and develop prospects to set meetings for outside sales reps
  • Follow-up on inbound leads with prompt outreach and continue opportunity development
  • Nurture leads utilizing CRM tool until they are qualified and ready to meet with field sales
  • Accurately document and monitor all leads and activities in CRM
  • Exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly goals of scheduled meetings


  • Proven sales/business development experience (2+ Years)
  • Strong phone presence and messaging skills to prospect new business
  • Experience working with CRM tool
  • Ability to quickly connect with prospects and create trusted relationships
  • A self-starter who is positive, persistent, value driven and dedicated to achieving goals

Hours and Compensation

  • 20-hours per week in Norcross office, starting September 1st
  • $12-$15/hr. base pay, commission per executed onsite meeting, bonus on closed deals = $38K+ annual on-target earnings after fully ramped, with unlimited cap on commissions
