Roll On In is a fast-casual, Asian / Tex-Mex fusion restaurant offering Sushi Burritos & Bowls with a large variety of proteins including Grilled Steak, Grilled Chicken, Salmon, Spicy Salmon, Tuna, Spicy Tuna, Spicy Shrimp, Tempura Shrimp, Panko-Breaded Crab and more. Guests can order off the menu or customize their own burritos or bowl creation. Bowls include Rice bowls, salads, or Noodle Bowls. We also offer great appetizers like Wonton Tacos, Crab Rangoon’s and dumplings. This is a unique restaurant concept to the Atlanta-area that is both fun and exciting.
Job Description
Summary
The Crew Leader is responsible for the overall restaurant operation including performing a variety of duties to support the operation of the restaurant, while being hands-on, including interacting with guests, store cleanliness, taking guests orders, transactions on Point-Of-Sale. Work in a timely manner to serve food to guests in a friendly and polite manner. Follow all food safety and health department regulations.
Specific Duties
- Ensure restaurant is adequately staffed and crew members are properly trained
- Providing leadership to Crew Members by displaying an enthusiast and positive attitude.
- Insure correct inventory of products and maintenance of equipment
- Smile and greet guests and request order upon arrival in a cheerful and helpful manner
- Ensure all crew members are treating guests with courtesy and respect
- Enter order into Point-Of-Sale, collect money, and provide accurate change to guests
- Suggestive sell and answer menu questions
- Assemble orders and other service items as needed
- Ensure guests receive only the highest quality products
- Thank guests and invite them to return
- Keep work area clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Clean and stock food assembly area
- Maintain a cooperative working relationship with other team members
- Ensure personal appearance is clean, neat and professional
- Adhere to all sanitation, safety, and security policies to ensure a safe environment for all.
- Clean dining tables and seats frequently or delegate to a crew member
- Sweep and mop floors frequently or delegate to a crew member
Physical Requirements
- 100% stand or walk while working
- 80% Interaction with other restaurant team members
- 75% work at approximately 36” table / stove and reach-in
- 75% bend, stoop, wipe
- 60% perform job at fast continuous pace while maintaining high quality food and service standards
- 30% lift and carry boxes, products, other items from floor to waist level
- 30% reach above head and bring down to waist level
Other Requirements
- Prior restaurant experience with understanding of restaurant operations
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have reliable method of communication with restaurant (phone or email)
- Must be willing to work flexible hours that may include opening and/or closing shifts
