North Fulton Community Charities (NFCC), a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization established in 1983, strives to prevent homelessness in North Fulton by supporting and stabilizing families and individuals living in Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Milton, Mountain Park and Roswell who is experiencing a crisis or an unexpected emergencies. By pooling together community resources, NFCC provides food, clothing, rental and utility assistance, medical, transportation and other basic needs. We also a variety of life skills classes and job coaching. NFCC is considered the sole source of comprehensive support in the North Fulton area and the entry point for families experiencing need for the first time.
